1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor part of their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contractual Partners, Formation of Contract, Correction Possibilities

The purchase contract is concluded with Flair Bloom UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. You can initially place our products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the ordering process.

By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. A confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after the order is submitted. The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order by sending a separate order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods within two days.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1. Shipping Costs Germany Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

4.2. Shipping Costs EU (European Union) For shipping to all other EU countries (outside of Germany), the shipping costs are 7.99 euros. For orders with a merchandise value of 150.00 euros and above, shipping to these countries is free of charge.

4.3 Delivery Area We deliver exclusively within the European Union.

4.4 Delivery Options We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. We deliver by means of shipping. Self-pickup of the goods in Weißenstadt is also possible by prior arrangement.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices The prices indicated are final prices. Due to our small business status (Kleinunternehmerstatus) according to § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act), VAT is not charged or displayed.

5.2 Payment Methods The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

  • PayPal: In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimize yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

  • Shopify Payments: Payment is processed via Shopify Payments. Depending on the country and currency, various payment methods such as credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, or Sofortüberweisung are available to you. Your account will be debited immediately upon completion of the order. Payment processing is handled by the payment service provider Shopify Payments. 6. Statutory Liability for Defects and Warranties

6.1 Statutory Liability for Defects The statutory liability for defects applies.

6.2 Warranties and Customer Service Information on any applicable additional warranties and their exact conditions can be found with each product and on special information pages in the online shop.

7. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

8. Applicable Law

German law applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers within the European Union, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence
