Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us (Flair Bloom UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bergstr. 74, 95163 Weißenstadt, Germany, info@flairbloom.store):

– either by requesting a return directly via your customer account in our online shop with just one click (self-service returns),
– or by notifying us with a clear statement (e.g., by post or by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may also use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

For the refund we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Return of Goods

Items must be sent back or handed over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

We bear the cost of returning the goods.

Following your notice of withdrawal (either via your customer account or by message), we will provide you with a free return shipping label via email or directly in your customer account. Please use this label for your return.

Please note: Please only try on the goods in a manner that would be customary and permitted in a retail store. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
