Return policy

Return conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging.

  • Returns with visible signs of use (makeup, deodorant, perfume, etc.) cannot be accepted.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable

How to send your return:

To initiate a return, you can:

    • Use the returns portal in your customer account

    • Alternatively, you can initiate the return by mail by filling out the form in the Refund Policy section.

 

  • Pack the items securely and include your order number .

  • You are responsible for shipping costs ; you can use the postal service or carrier of your choice.

  • Send the package to:

Deadline:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • After receipt and inspection, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days .

Please report faulty items within 48 hours of receipt with order number and photos.
