We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If an item doesn't fit or please you, you can easily and free of charge return it to us.
Important Requirements for a Return:

Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging attached.

Returns with visible signs of wear (such as makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains) unfortunately cannot be accepted.
How Your Free Return Works
To initiate a return, the following options are available to you:

Via Your Customer Account: Log in to our online shop and use the integrated return portal (Self-Service Returns) to request your return with just a few clicks.

By Email: Simply send us a short message at info@flairbloom.store.
(Alternatively, you can also initiate the return by post using the model withdrawal form from our Right of Withdrawal section).
What Happens Next?
After registering your return, we will provide you with a free return shipping label via email or directly in your customer account. Please pack the items securely, include your order number, attach the label to the package, and drop it off at the shipping service provider.
